We are located near Calgary – Alberta, Canada. Our Prices however are in US dollars.

We all hate high shipping charges, and with this understanding in mind we charge ACTUAL SHIPPING COST.

It is difficult to fine tune the exact shipping cost needed for every country and specific order, but once your order is processed any accidental overcharge will be refunded to your PAYPAL account .

If you are concerned with the shipping cost you are being quoted, email us and we will check and correct the cost for your order. Feel free to email us before placing your order in order to get an idea as to what the cost to your destination might be.

Russia and some countries in the Middle East are notoriously hard and expensive to ship to. Please contact us before placing your order for estimate to your location.

Returns

We pride yourselves for your excellent communication, customer service and speed of fulfilling the orders.

All inquiries are responded to – if you do not hear from us that means that for some reason your email has not reached us. Try again! Emails do get lost just like any other mail.

If you are unhappy with your purchase and we have not been able to resolve the issue you can request return. Please email for authorization. Once the item is returned back to us in sell-able condition the cost for your item would be refunded to you.

Genuine antique items are not subject to return – consult the pictures and ask many questions.
